The dog park at Fox Run Regional Park is such a nice park to enjoy with your dogs. It’s up in the Northern part of Colorado Springs near Monument. The dog park is close to the entrance off of Roller Coaster.
Sometimes, Roxy and I meet up with Tamara and her dogs Ember and Ash there. It’s a pretty large dog park and there is a smaller dog park next to it for little dogs.
The park has huge trees that provide a lot of shade. There are a few areas to sit with picnic tables around the park.
There is a trail around the inside perimeter of the park that you can walk with your dog being off leash and each loop is about a half mile.
There is a tunnel and a wooden platform that dogs can explore as well. Roxy enjoys taking in the view from the platform and she always goes through the tunnel.
They have a few different places for you to dispose of poop bags to help keep the park clean. The park usually has snow and some ice that lingers in the winter due to the tree coverage.
