Roxy loves to play and has had a lot of doggy friends through the years. We have dogs come and stay with us and Roxy is good at sharing her toys and her home. Some of these dogs you may see pop up in our adventures, so I thought I’d introduce several of them to you.
Ember and Ash are siblings and they stay with us often and Roxy also stays at their house. Ash is the one with the toy in his mouth. Ash is about 1-2 and Ember is about 4-5 as of March 2025. They live here in Colorado with Tamara and Jason and their kids.
Simba and Aslan enjoy going on walks with Roxy. Simba is the lighter haired golden retriever and Aslan is the younger and spunky darker haired retriever. They live nearby with their mom Morgan. Roxy met them in 2020.
Rocky has been friends with Roxy for most of her life. Rocky lived near us in Plano, Texas and also comes to visit and hike in the summers with Ann and Bobby. They get along well and have had some good adventures together, including a 4th of July parade.
Ridley met Roxy at the same time as she met Simba and Aslan. Ridley used to live in Colorado Springs and spent a lot of time with Roxy. He now lives in Denver and doesn’t get to see Roxy as much.
Thor is a big beast of a dog that loves to chase Roxy around. Roxy met Thor when he was a puppy and they have been friends for several years. She doesn’t get to see him often because he’s in Texas but he has come here for a visit. He spends time in Texas and in Utah with Lynsey, David and their kids. He’s a big cutie pie.
Phoebe and Penny are Roxy’s cousin dogs. My brother and his family always have Vizsla’s. Roxy has had a lot of fun over the years with these dogs. Phoebe is younger and always full of energy.
Keeva and Louise are some friends that were living in Colorado and Roxy got to go on several hikes with them and stay at their house. They moved with their mom Anne to Oregon. We are sad that they left Colorado.
Tucker and baby Roxy playing when they were both puppies. Tucker now has a sister named Vail but Roxy hasn’t met Vail yet. Tucker lives with Cara, Trevor and their boys.
Layla and Roxy played some when they were young and we lived in Texas. Layla still lives in Texas with Bianca, Greg and their kids.
Bella and Roxy played together when Roxy was a puppy. They are close in age and Roxy was able to visit Bella on trips to Austin and run around in the backyard with her. Bella lives in Austin with Candice, Craig and their kids.
Rhea lives here in Colorado Springs and recently stayed with us. They had some fun playing together. She lives with Brittney, Stefan and her boys.
